GOOD Hoops Host Tournaments

GOOD Hoops Club hosts tournaments in the Spring & Fall Seasons for clubs throughout Canada. In 2024-25 we will host 4 tournaments for girls and boys in the Edmonton area. Each event is focused on providing a quality, fun & competitive environment for teams. Each event includes team & player-of the game t-shirts, medals & trophies. ABOA/EBOA licensed officials officiate games. See below for specific info on each event!

2025-26 Host Events

  • Oct 17-19, 2025 - Fall Classic

    In 2024, the GOOD Hoops Fall Classic was a round-robin, 4-game game guarantee tournament with just under 80 teams in attendance.

    We were host to teams from Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba come together for this tournament. We were happy to host such a high-level tournament in our hometown and look forward to growing it with more teams, more age groups, and more competition!

    The 2025 Fall Classic will bring all of this and more with your support!

    Tournament Details

    Dates: October 17-19, 2025

    Age Groups (Girls & Boys): Open, 18U, 15U, 13, 11U

    Format: 4 Game Guarantee

    Locations: Edmonton Sports Centre & other locations

    Cost: $750 + GST (includes 4 games, team t-shirts, and awards for winning teams).

  • Spring Invitational (April 10-12, 2026)

    For the 2026 season, we are hosting our the 3rd annual GOOD Hoops Invitational from April 10th to 12th in Edmonton, AB. This tournament will host some of the best teams in our region to provide competitive games to kick off the 2026 Club Season. This tournament will host a maximum of 60 teams.

    We were host to teams from Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba come together for this tournament. We were happy to host such a high-level tournament in our hometown and look forward to growing it with more teams, more age groups, and more competition!

    The 2026 Spring Invitational will bring all of this and more with your support!

    Dates: April 10-12, 2026

    Age Groups (Girls & Boys): 18U, 15U, 13, 11U

    Format: 4 Game Guarantee

    Locations: Edmonton Sports Centre & other locations

    Cost: $750 + GST (includes 4 games, team t-shirts, and awards for winning teams).

  • Spring Classic (May 8-10, 2026)

    In 2019, the GOOD Hoops Classic was a round-robin, 4-game game guarantee tournament with just under 80 teams in attendance. We were host to teams from Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. We were happy to host such a high-level tournament in our hometown and look forward to growing it with more teams, more age groups, and more opportunities for high-level games at home!

    In 2025 we hosted 130 teams. There was representation across all of Western Canada and a great atmosphere.

    The 2026 GOOD Hoops Classic is slated to bring in top programs and competition across Western Canada once again. See you there!

  • Summer Slam (May 29-31, 2026)

    In 2019, the GOOD Hoops Summer Slam was a round-robin, 4-game game guarantee tournament with just under 80 teams in attendance.

    The 2025 Summer Slam hosted 142 teams for its fourth year. We were able to host teams from multiple provinces and both boys and girls in all major age groups.

    For 2026 we are hoping to engage more teams in the Edmonton area and provide some high-level competition for the teams in our community.
