  • GROW

    Foundations Stage (Beginner/Intermediate)
    The Grow stage is where players begin their basketball journey. With a focus on fun, fundamentals, and positive learning environments, athletes build confidence and essential skills while developing a love for the game.

    Programs in this stage align with Canada Basketball’s Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) stages of FUNdamentals and Learn to Train, ensuring developmentally appropriate teaching for beginner and intermediate players.

    Ideal For:
    11U-16U
    Players new to basketball or looking to build a strong base of movement, coordination, and game understanding.

  • OUTWORK

    Development Stage (Intermediate)
    The Outwork stage is designed for players who are ready to commit to their growth. Athletes in this stage continue to refine their skills & decision making, and are introduced to competition and team concepts in environments that encourage exploration.

    This stage aligns with Canada Basketball’s LTAD stages of Learn to Train and Train to Train, emphasizing consistent practice, decision-making, and foundational physical literacy required for long-term development.

    11U-18U
    Players showing initiative and readiness to train harder, play smarter, and take the next step in their basketball journey.

  • OUTLAST

    Competitive Stage (Advanced)
    The Outlast stage is for advanced athletes who are ready to advance their development. Players continue developing technical skills, decision-making, and conceptual understanding through high-intensity training and team play.

    This stage introduces regional travel and tournament exposure, and aligns with Canada Basketball’s LTAD stages of Train to Train and Train to Compete — where performance, tactical awareness, and physical literacy are further emphasized.

    Ideal For:
    13U-18U
    Seasoned athletes with a solid foundation, prepared to advance their skills and abilities through more demanding training and competitive environments, enhancing their development and increasing their exposure.

  • DOMINATE

    High Performance Stage (Elite)
    The Dominate stage is for elite athletes competing at the highest levels of youth basketball. Players in this stage are prepared for the demands of national circuit events, exposure opportunities, and advanced skill development environments.

    Programming at this level is aligned with Canada Basketball’s LTAD stage of Train to Compete, where athletes focus on maximizing performance, understanding advanced team concepts, and preparing for post-secondary and high-level competitive pathways.

    Ideal For:
    15U-18U
    Athletes selected through tryouts or coach evaluation who demonstrate the skill, mindset, and work ethic to excel on big stages and in high-pressure environments.
