We offer 5-on-5 and 3X3 leagues for girls and boys aged 11U to 18U across the Fall, Winter, and Summer seasons. GOOD Hoops Leagues provide a great environment for athletes to explore and develop their skills through game play. Each league runs for eight weeks, giving student-athletes multiple opportunities throughout the year to compete and grow. Our programming follows the Canadian Long-Term Athlete Development Model to ensure optimal athlete progression. We prioritize a safe and enjoyable environment focused on building skills and decision-making through the constraints-led coaching approach, which effectively prepares youth athletes for game situations.Registration is now open for upcoming sessions.

Program fees are all-inclusive and cover tournament and league fees, jersey, practices, and two weekend hotel accommodations. Payment plans are available to accommodate different financial situations. Additionally, grant funding is accessible through KidSport and Jump Start.
